How does the order of a translation and print finishing look like?

We create the translation
The text will be translated into the requested language by our experienced translator who will also consider the specialties of the given field.

It will be edited and DTPed
The translated text will be implemented in the original document’s format:

Delivery and finalization
We’ll send you the final document via email and arrange for the printed version to be delivered to you. But it’s still not over: If you have any additional requests or modification needs, you can rely on us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a PDF document enough or should I send it in an editable format as well?
PDF is enough, do not worry if you only have the document in that format. If you have the file in an editable format (e.g., Word or InDesign), it accelerates the process but is not a necessity. We can solve the editing and formatting.
Will the translated document look exactly like the original?
Yes, during DTP we restore the look of the original document in the target language too: layout, fonts, pictures, tables, and graphic elements will get to their correct place. The result will be a visually identical document ready to print.
Is it necessary to tell if I would like to ask for printing as well?
Yes, please advise about your wish of printing when you ask for quote. Therefore, we will consider printing (bleeds, margins, color profiles) during translation and DTP; plus, we can give you an exact quote for printing as well.
How many copies of the document can be printed?
We can manage varying amounts, from just a few to even a hundred or thousand copies. Our partner, Doril Bt. – Digital Print shop works with modern machines of the highest quality, therefore guaranteeing the perfect printing for both low- and high-volume orders.

Absolutely. Your documents are protected by GDPR-compliant data handling process, a non-disclosure agreement, and our internal safety protocols.
